Today's tip is a good staple to add to your spice cupboard. I actually have mine on the top of my stove sitting beside my brewers yeast and egg powder (topics on those to come). And goes right along my salt & pepper.
It contains 2 parts Alfalfa and 1 part Nettles. I grind up the powder and placed it in a big shaker bottle (save those empty spice bottles!!)
