Today's tip is a good staple to add to your spice cupboard. I actually have mine on the top of my stove sitting beside my brewers yeast and egg powder (topics on those to come). And goes right along my salt & pepper. It contains 2 parts Alfalfa and 1 part Nettles. I grind up the powder and placed it in a big shaker bottle (save those empty spice bottles!!) Want to sneak vitamins, minerals, amino acids and digestive enzymes into your children?! Add a shake of this into their meals (I love this is eggs, spaghetti sauce or even stews). You hardly taste it. You and your family will be *easily* abstaining a powerful blend of herbs that contain: High amounts of Calcium, absorbable iron, potassium, sodium (sodium & potassium are crucial) protein Vit A, K, E, D, B6 Chlorophyll, Amino acids, 8 digestive enzymes, phosphorus, magnesium and silicon Very easy! Easier for me than getting veggies in my kids sometimes (and a lot less stress). But please remember this doesn't replace a good all around diet.
