Today's tip and topic is on Rebounding! This is one of my favorite and most common tips we create in your health plan. ESPECIALLY during the winter. What is the lymph system? It's the secondary circulatory system that drains toxins, dead cells, etc from the body. It's very important part of the immune system. It prevents colds and rids you of "dead & cancerous cells, nitrogenous wastes, fat, infectious viruses, heavy metals" and more. It also balances fluid in the body, skin rejuvenation (complexion, puffiness, cellulite!). Keeps sinuses healthy- because it performs drainage functions. And promotes healing by decreasing inflammation of tissues and provides soothing effect. Transfers WBC's and antibodies to organs and tissues arming your immune system with what it needs to combat infections. How can you move the lymph system?? Exercise, gravitational pressure, & internal massage - - - Rebounding does all 3!! Try 6-10 min a day, that's it! Bonus benefits- stress reduction, safe aerobic & muscle building exercise, and...... great benefit for those with hormonal issues including PCOS because it flushes excess hormones and keeps the endocrine system healthy!! #immunesystem #immuneboost #winterworkout #rebounding #lymphsystem #healing #health #NewYearNewYou #pcos #hormones

Oh my gosh I recently have been thinking 2 things: I KNOW I definitely need to exercise regularly.. And 2, I think I should go jump on the tramp every day *it'd just feel so good and I somehow innately know itd be good for me!* (Forgetting I have heard about the benefits of rebounding as well) 😆👊
