Keep a Journal
An be as simple as writing about the weather or as in depth as getting our feelings out, gaining perspective on our problems, etc.
You don't have to be a writer! You don't have to make sense!
Turn it into a #braindraining session for an extra therapeutic exercise or have your posterity in mind.
When you actually out pen to paper (not typing ) something unexpected happens. You will never think it will but it's tangible! Getting your thoughts-especially to do lists, problems, "vents", dreams and other thoughts overwhelming your day to day tasks and your brain - out on paper almost physically removes them from taking up much needed room in your brain! And you REALLY do come out the other side with a different lens, a feeling of relief and a space created in your energy to release and receive.
I personally have a journal for my children, a journal for my own thoughts and reflections and my posterity, a to-do list and one especially for New Moon rituals/goals and releasings.
I am not an avid journal writer by any means either! I just do it when I can, on a scheduled day or when I really need to get something out.
