If you have to have a checklist at the end of the day (I'm personally a list maker) then this should be the of one you need!
I'm taking this and using it in my own life. I'm inspired to change my "in bed to do list" (ya know, the list you make while laying bed at the end of the day?) from the things I didn't get done today to did I accomplish these 3 things.
