Wanted to share what I'm taking. Got my bitters (usually love tea but this spray from @herbpharm is perfect for on the road!!), tinctures in perfect size (bag and bottles from @butterflyessentialoilsofficial) and my desiccated liver and collagen from @perfectsupplements), coconut water and salt, good to go! (not affiliated with any of these names) Let's hit the road!
