Shadow and Wonder
Pilgrimages with The Healer in You are devotional journeys -
prayer-centered, Spirit-led, and rooted in reverence for God and creation.
They are not tourist experiences or spiritual performances,
but invitations into presence, listening, and remembrance.
If your heart recognizes this pace and posture,
you are welcome here.

Shadow and Wonder in Scotland
Scotland Highlands & Edinburgh * September 8-15, 2027
Scotland is not a place that you visit - it is a place
that remembers you.
The land carries a deep, living presence that
stirs something ancient in the bones. When
we step onto Scottish soil, we feel it
immediately: a quiet intensity, a knowing that
moves beneath words, a pull toward
something we've forgotten and are ready to
reclaim.
We begin in the Scottish Highlands, where
vast skies, dark waters, and rolling glens
awaken the inner world. This is a land shaped
by endurance, myth, and devotion - where
stories were carried by voice and footstep
long before they were written. Here, the body
listens. The heart opens. Messages rise not
through effort, but through presence. You
may feel your inner child surface - not only
to be entertained again, but to be
remembered and welcomed home.
The Highlands and Isle of Skye hold a
palpable sense of enchantment and mystery
- a place where wonder feels natural and
curiosity is safe and offers a way home to a part
of ourselves that has often been silenced by
expectation. The land invites play, awe,
and imagination, that often gets tucked
away with age. You are not asked to believe
anything - only to feel what moves through
you when you stand in these places and allow
yourself to receive.
From there, we journey to Edinburgh, a city
layered with beauty, grief, courage, and
shadow. Its medieval streets and ancient
stone walls carry the imprint of women who
were silenced, condemned, and
misunderstood - healers, mothers,
storytellers, and truth-speakers. Here, the
land invites us into deeper remembrance. Not
to dwell in pain, but to acknowledge what was
lost - and what still longs to be voiced.
This pilgrimage is a meeting with ancestry,
inner child, and shadow - not as separate
paths, but as one integrated return. Scotland
holds a mirror that reflects both wonder and
depth, innocence and power. Through
walking, listening, and embodied presence,
we allow the land to reveal what is ready to be
healed, reclaimed, and lived.
You will leave changed - not because
something was added, but because
something true was restored.
