You are not meant to take guesses from your body. You are not meant to panic at every symptom. You are not meant to outsource your authority.
The body moves with the earth God created. Light shifts it. Climate shapes it. Emotion follows it.
When we understand rhythm, we stop fearing the cycle.
Self-trust becomes skill.
What These Circles Are
Four gatherings each year. Aligned with seasonal and planetary shifts - Every one brings: Illness patterns Emotional shifts Organ stress Nervous system changes.
We learn to read them instead of being surprised by them.
Many women choose to walk the full seasonal cycle, allowing the body to learn the rhythm of the year rather than encouraging it only once.
You will leave with:
Herbal knowledge
Homeopathic literacy
Emotional clarity
Nervous system tools
A steadier body to carry a strong spirit
Seasonal medicine. Held in community Rooted in the rhythms of the earth.
Exchange
This is an open circle. There is no set cost to attend. A donation bowl will be present at the door for those who feel called to contribute in support of the space, the teachings, and the continuation of this work. Herbal preparations and remedies will be available to take home at cost.
This offering is shared from a place of devotion - to the body, to the seasons, and to the women who feel called to gather in this way.
Women are welcome to bring simple medicines or remedies to share - teas, herbs, or practices they love. This is a space of learning and weaving, where we remember and share what we carry. This is how we become students of the rhythm and not just participants.
The body learns through rhythm and repetition. The Full Circle allows that rhythm to unfold across the year with all 4 circles. *Women registered for an upcoming pilgrimage are especially encouraged to continue integration through the Full Circle.
FAQ
Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. These circles build literacy and capacity. They do not replace appropriate medical support when needed.
Do I need experience with herbs or homeopathy?
No. Everything is taught clearly and practically. This is structured learning - not intuitive guessing. However, a separate homeopathy class is offered occasionally. Ask for more details.
Can I attend just one gathering?
Yes. Each circle stands alone. However, the full year builds deeper resilience.
Is this religious?
The work is grounded in reverence for the body and seasonal rhythm. It is not affiliated with a specific denomination. As always, I honor God as the creator of the earth and the healing of our bodies.
Is this like the moon circles you used to offer?
Moon Circles were always about attunement - learning to listen to ourselves and to the rhythms around us. Over the past year, I've been quietly building what came next - the Pilgrimages, and now Seasonal Medicine Circles. These carry the same depth and devotion but with more structure and skill woven in. We'll still be attuned to the moon - but through the lens of the medicines of the seasons.
What is the tone of these circles?
These gatherings are held with intension and respect for the time we share together.
Women are asked to arrive on time, remain present for the full gathering, and participate in the learning environment with care for one another. While this is not a transactional space, it is an intentional one. Please come only if you feel genuinely called to participate in this way.
While personal experience is welcome and this is a space of safety, we want to be mindful and share when the spirit moves us. The Medicine Circle is a place to build seasonal literacy, practical skills, and self-trust within a supportive community. There are circles available for emotional support- inquire at the Tea House to set one up.
You do not need to control the cycle. You need to understand it.
And when you do, the body becomes less frightening - and more trustworthy.
