Yes, we're talking Magnesium again! Why?? Because it all starts with magnesium! For years.. Years! I've been using magnesium to get rid of cramps (hello pregnancy aches and pains) or hiccups (including in utero) .... But they were still happening. Remember you need to get to that cell saturation level! That's the key. As well as meeting that mineral triangle and gut health (but we're talking about Magnesium today). When your Magnesium level is set, you are now absorbing and utilizing all of the nutrients you are taking in.. Which in turn then lowers inflammation, gives mental clarity, increases energy, improves sleep, circulation and heart health (and sooooooo much more)! I do NOT post anything I do not 100% believe in, have experienced myself or others or recommend. I DO believe (and start my clients off with) in a clean slate. Meaning a solid, stable foundation. Healthy gut and complete system, to build off from. Just think about the fish tank analogy I posted a few days ago. It makes zero sense to me to medicate, supplement, workout, etc on a "dirty" tank and treat the symptoms. Magnesium can get you to that "clean slate".
