I no longer advise (I rarely did before) ingesting essential oils. Easiest thing to is grab a big bag of lemons (organic if possible!) from Sam's or the grocery store, take them home and slice a few up and keep in the fridge. Then you can just grab one slice or two every morning without having to take the time to stop and cut them up, making it inconvenient. If you're out and about you can always still get it- ask for lemon in your water st restaurants, grab a lemon wedge from the deli when shipping, etc :) Leave a Reply. |
