I get so many questions about #distancereiki. What it is and how it works that I was inspired to make it the topic of today!

The phone, cable, and internet all use energy frequency we can see in order to function. The electricity in our homes does the same, as does a radio. All of those have to be tuned to the particular frequency they operate at in order to work. They all have ways to adjust the flow of energy-we can turn them off, on, or adjust in between.

Distance Reiki is the same. It's an energy that needs to be "tuned" to the person it's being sent to. Once tuned, it will flow through the energy currents that exist naturally, just the same way a phone signal or wifi does & distance is no object, just as internet or phone.

Have you noticed that you can feel emotions create an energy sensation in the body? Or a thought create an emotion? Our thoughts & emotions have natural effect on the people around us. It's all energy!

Our concepts of time & space are limited to our 3 dimensional world. Energy can be sent without the restrictions of time & space.

Have you ever thought of someone and looked down to see them calling you??

Like all energy, it's influenced by thought & intention. Reiki energy is being 'broadcast' from the practitioner in the receiver.

In a distant session it looks the same way as if we were face to face. We talk and set intentions and you may choose to have a sleeping session or an awake, over the phone session. Then we touch base after the session and go from there!

I'll tell you from personal experience (and I never blindly recommend anything to clients unless I've got a personal experience with it) that I was skeptical until I had it done to me! I find both parties respond very very well to distance Reiki!

Distance Reiki is perfect for those bed ridden, those with social anxiety, introverts, physical limitations, and of course, those who aren't local!
