The spiritual awakening I've had, the research I"ve done, the things I"ve tried (and failed, and succeeded in) the changes that I've gone through to CHANGE MY LIFE. Because it is WORTH IT.
LIke I said, if you are perfectly happy with your health and life, then I"m so happy! Just come and laugh and hike and have fun! Be an example to others.
