"Owning & Utilizing your Healing Power" & will feature presenters (@jennafrandsen @therevivalkit), catered meals by @stasiaboyles, led yoga by @natural_breezy, comraderie & EMPOWERMENT.

🌾Emotional focus
We will be presented with a couple classes that will focus on energy healing, the power of energy & being "Unapologeticly YOU". Working with your cycle to harness your feminine energy to begin flowing with your cycles instead of working against them. 

🌾Physical focus
A presenter will address us in her "staples" for creating a non-overwhelming way to gain a clean, stable foundation for building a healthy life from and to arm you and your family with strength of mind, body and spirit to "power up" in this day of age!
You will also be taught Reflexology basics! If you are a Foot Zoning client who has always wanted to learn a few "tricks of the trade" to help your family, this is your chance!
