Fall Healing Retreat

I'm excited to announce that the women's healing retreat is back!!
Please join us for the 3rd Fall Healing Retreat being held September 21st - 23rd 2018 in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho.

It will be held at the beautiful Lava Lodge again this year. We always have such an amazing time there & look forward to being there again!

This year rooms will be LIMITED (and last time filled up in 3 days) & will be offered on a first come first serve basis. After it is full I will direct you to motels close by in town.

The theme for the event is: "Owning & Utilizing your Healing Power"
& will feature presenters, catered meals (total relaxation!), led yoga, comraderie & EMPOWERMENT.

The lodge features spacious, open floor for classes, large windows for breathtaking views. Private & shared bedrooms/ bathrooms. Large, open kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Closely surrounding mountains offering peace & quiet, beautiful walks & often wildlife!

Day 1 will focus on Emotional. We will participate in an activity that will really open our minds and energies to healing and how powerful our thoughts are!! We will be presented with a couple classes that will focus on energy healing, being "Unapologeticly YOU", and more.

Day 2 will focus on the Physical. A presenter will address us in her "staples" for creating a non-overwhelming way to gain a clean, stable foundation for building a healthy life from. To protect ourselves from the elements and chemicals and to arm you and your family with strength of mind, body and spirit to "power up" in this day of age! You will also be led by a local Yoga instructor in a Yoga flow and be taught the importance of Yoga. We will have other physical "treats" to participate in 👣🙏 🍂The focus of this retreat is that of the others - to open eyes to the healing modalities of holistic medicine and practices, to arm yourself with tools you need to take charge of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health but most importantly, to the Healer in You🍁 * Registration opens up June 1st at the price of $135!
