You guys know how much I love and recommend and urge regular yoga (especially #outdooryoga!) and I love this account for showing you exactly how to work into that position you've been trying to achieve.
I hear so often - "oh I can't do yoga, I'm so not flexible!" (among other excuses). What you have to realize is that's WHY you do yoga! Even a week's difference is huge!! If I only do yoga once a week, I can't get into the same position I could even a week ago! But your body has wonderful memory 😊
Just keep practicing and practice regularly. Even if it's 5 minutes a day!

One more post for today! I just get so excited when I get to use my thermal cooker from @saratogajacks (not affiliated.. Although I'm practically a salesman for this so I should be lol!). I'm using my freeze dried food from @thrivelifellc and @honeyvillegrain and had it in a mylar bag. I just emptied the contents, boiled for 2 min and set it in the pot. We will be on the road for 5 hrs and when we get there... A warm meal is waiting for us!
This is my favorite thing to do when camping and traveling! Makes the stress of unpacking and finding something to make for dinner completely disappear!! You know I gotta share my favorite goods with you guys!🌟 #prepardness #thermalcooker #roadtrip #eatinggoodontheroad

Wanted to share what I'm taking. Got my bitters (usually love tea but this spray from @herbpharm is perfect for on the road!!), tinctures in perfect size (bag and bottles from @butterflyessentialoilsofficial) and my desiccated liver and collagen from @perfectsupplements), coconut water and salt, good to go! (not affiliated with any of these names)
