If you're here, you're meant to be. Your presence tells me you're listening- for something more.
My work centers on helping women reconnect with their own inner knowing through embodied practices, sacred travel, and quiet mentorship. I listen with the body, the land, and what unfolds beneath the surface -  trusting what is ready to be revealed. 
If you feel called by sacred land, ancient places, and remembering yourself through journey, you may be drawn to pilgrimage.
If your body, heart, or spirit has been quietly asking for support, we can listen together - one on one.
